JAKARTA - Organisers of this year’s Astindo Travel Fair at Jakarta Convention Centre are confident of the event’s success thanks to a strong line-up of confirmed exhibitors for the Feb 22-23 show.

We are certain the coronavirus issue will not discourage people to visit Astindo Trave Fair, since there many attractive destinations with special price and various promotions being offered to all visitors during the three-day fair.– President of Astindo, Elly Hutabarat

The organisers are responding to the current situation with the coronavirus outbreak in two ways. There will be a focus on domestic destinations as well as those international destinations unaffected by the virus.

There will also be an extensive health and safety education programme  to instil confidence among those visiting the show.

All exhibitors will promote the “travelling is still safe” message” to visitors.

President of Astindo, Elly Hutabarat, said, “We are certain the coronavirus issue will not discourage people to visit Astindo Trave Fair, since there many attractive destinations with special price and various promotions being offered to all visitors during the three-day fair.”

Sixteen airlines will be represented at the travel fair, working with tour operators and travel agents to offer a variety of discounted travel packages. Easy payment options and free travel insurance will be offered by bank and insurance partners.
