Ian Di Tullio has been appointed as the new chief commercial officer of Minor Hotels, effective June 2023.

Di Tullio joins the Bangkok-based hotel group from his previous role as chief commercial officer Europe at Accor, where he oversaw commercial management and marketing efforts for a portfolio of nearly 3,000 hotels across Europe and North Africa.

He brings with him a track record in managing loyalty programmes, analytics, customer engagement, and digital strategies. He has also led a number of initiatives in customer loyalty, digital marketing, and distribution during his tenure at Accor, Qatar Airways, and Air Canada.

Having worked in various industries and managed multicultural teams at senior levels, Di Tullio has extensive global management experience. He holds a PhD in Marketing from Cranfield University in the UK, an executive MBA from Queen's University in Canada, and has pursued executive education in Marketing Analytics from The Wharton School. Di Tullio is a guest lecturer at several universities and frequently speaks at industry events worldwide. He is fluent in English, French, and Italian.

Speaking on Di Tullio’s appointment, Dillip Rajakarier, CEO of Minor Hotels and Group CEO of Minor International, is confident that he “will further strengthen the company’s commercial endeavours and elevate our global presence."
