Giles Selves has been appointed as the senior vice president of luxury hotels for Europe at Minor Hotels.
In his new role, Giles will be responsible for driving the strategic
and commercial direction of the luxury brands within the group, focusing
on guest experiences and supporting the growth of Anantara Hotels,
Resorts & Spas and Tivoli Hotels & Resorts across Europe.
With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Giles
brings a deep understanding of the modern luxury traveller and a proven
track record of delivering exceptional results.
He previously held leadership positions within Minor Hotels,
overseeing properties in Thailand, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives. Giles
will now ensure the seamless implementation of the Anantara and Tivoli
brands in Europe and aim to provide unparalleled guest experiences.
Prior to joining Minor Hotels, Giles had an extensive career with
Starwood Hotels & Resorts. As the senior vice president of luxury
hotels for Europe, Giles will focus on expanding the Anantara portfolio
in Europe and maintaining the highest standards of service and brand
consistency across all properties.
