Singapore is gearing up for an exciting football extravaganza as the inaugural Singapore Festival of Football Driven by CDG Zig approaches.

From 26 July to 2 August, the National Stadium in the Singapore Sports Hub will play host to renowned clubs including Liverpool FC, Leicester City FC, FC Bayern Munich, Tottenham Hotspur, and AS Roma.

Kicking off the festival on 26 July is a thrilling match between Tottenham Hotspur FC and AS Roma, known as the Tiger Cup. This will set the stage for a week filled with intense football battles.

Defending champions Liverpool FC will defend their Standard Chartered Singapore Trophy against Leicester City FC on 30 July, followed by a highly anticipated clash with Bundesliga leaders FC Bayern Munich on 2 August. Open training sessions by Tottenham Hotspur, Liverpool FC, and FC Bayern Munich will give fans an exclusive opportunity to witness their favorite teams up close.

In addition to the matches, fans can indulge in a week-long Fan Interactive Festival Village, offering a wide range of engaging activities, delicious food, and refreshing beverages. The village will be open on training and match days, as well as on 1 August, providing a chance for attendees to connect with fellow fans.

The festival marks a significant milestone as the first large-scale football event in Singapore featuring multiple matches with European clubs since 2019. Supported by the Singapore Tourism Board (STB), the event solidifies Singapore's reputation as a premier host of major events.

STB's chief executive, Keith Tan, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, "The Singapore Festival of Football Driven by CDG Zig will be a major highlight in our vibrant calendar of events this year, and we look forward to fans and visitors enjoying the action on the field as well as experiencing what our city has to offer."

Tickets for the Singapore Festival of Football Driven by CDG Zig will be available for general sale starting from 22 May, through Ticketek Singapore. Fans can visit the website to purchase tickets and sign up for an account to receive the latest updates and gain pre-sale access to the matches.
