Langham Hospitality Group has announced the signing of an agreement
to manage a new Ying'nFlo property in Hong Kong’s Admiralty. With an
expected opening in September 2023, the new addition follows the launch of the first Ying'nFlo concept in the Wanchai district in October 2022.
Located in the bustling Admiralty district, the 251-room Ying'nFlo,
Wesley Admiralty is a two minutes' walk from Pacific Place and a
15-minute walk from the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
The upcoming renovation plan for Ying'nFlo, Wesley Admiralty includes
a soft upgrade of all guest rooms. Guests staying at the Ying'nFlo will
be able to control every aspect of their stay right from their
smartphones through the all-in-one app. With the app, guests can check
in and check out, use their phone as a digital keycard, and communicate
with staff before arrival. Additionally, the app enables guests to
access in-house services, make requests, and receive assistance through
messaging features.
The House of Ying'nFlo will also undergo a revamp. Spanning three
stories, the House of Ying'nFlo will provide a new guest experience
designed to foster a sense of inclusive community. The design aims to
seamlessly connect guests, transforming the arrival lobby into a
lifestyle hub. It will additionally feature new meeting spaces with
versatile modular functionality, catering to business meetings and
events.
The hotel will also serves as a space to nurture emerging artists and
exhibit their artworks, with social spaces featuring thought-provoking
art initiatives.
Meanwhile, a lifestyle café restaurant is set to open in Q1 2024,
which will serve up coffee and a range of menu staples in a cosy
setting.
Other enhancements will include an upgraded gymnasium and the brand's signature guest laundry room.
