Luxury brand Louis Vuitton has launched its first branded lounge
at Hamad International Airport (HIA) in Doha in partnership with Qatar
Airways.
The invitation-only lounge sits above the existing Louis Vuitton
store and will offer Qatar Airways Gold and Platinum Privilege Club
members and Louis Vuitton VIPs a range of benefits, including food,
drinks, and shopping for luxuries at the LV store.
The lounge showcases furnishings from various designers, and a
restaurant where the menu has been created by the three-star Michelin
chef Yannick Alleno.
Officially named the “Louis Vuitton Lounge by Yannick Alléno”, the
all-day restaurant offers delicacies such as smoked fish platters with
caviar, langoustine carpaccio with geranium essence, and confit lamb
shoulder flavoured with yuzu.
A bar within the glass-encased lounge serves up premium spirits, Veuve Champagne and a curated list of mocktails.
